A Little About Us

We are a small but diverse congregation including
traditionalists, egalitarians, intermarried couples and Jews by choice.

Located in the city of Lebanon at Oak and South Eighth Streets, Beth Israel Synagogue serves as a focal point for Jewish life in the Lebanon area. The synagogue building includes a 200 seat sanctuary, an adjacent Sisterhood Hall, a larger gymnasium/social hall, a library/chapel, three classrooms and a rabbi’s study.

Friday Evening Services: 7:30 p.m.
Family Shabbat: 7:00 p.m. (3rd Friday of the month Oct-May)
Saturday Morning Services: 9:30 a.m.

Our services are a mixture of Hebrew and English.
